We exist despite the sober formality of great concert halls, despite the boredom of classical musicians’ life, despite fanatic lovers of classical music, despite fans of rock, rap or pop who are afraid of classical music. We treat our Muse with a humorous irony and we’re sure, she will have nothing against it!”

    MozART group

There are four of them, most accomplished virtuoso string players (two violins, a viola and a cello),  graduates of prestigious music Academies in Warsaw and Łódź. They have been playing together since 1995, when  they began to create their own style – classical music with humour – their own unique musical cabaret. Now the award winning MozART Group is admired all over the world, their DVDs fly off the shelves (and the internet) and each of their YouTube videos is watched by hundreds of thousands and often over a million viewers all around the world. Each year they visit over 20 countries on all the continents and those trips got immortalized in their typical humorous musical way in the show “MozART travels!” (how about toboganing on a cello?).

In 2017 they were invited to Just For Laughs – the world’s biggest and most important comedy festival, in Montreal, Canada.

2018 is another touring year –  North America, Asia and Europe, and then in the fall the MozART group has 65 shows at the Bobino Theatre in the heart of Paris.

One of the 2018 shows was here – they played to a full house at the gorgeous Living Arts Centre in Mississauga. The international audience loved the music, the funny video clips on the screen, their antics and fell in love with the four multi talented musicians who are also incredible actors, comedians, acrobats.
